Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Yetzabel Castillo Founder, Artist and Educator of YCALUXLASH in San Antonio TX. My Love, passion and obsession for lashes started at the age of 12, now 23 and a Licensed Lash Specialist with over 4 years in the industry, over 30 students and previous owner of 2 storefront locations with a team of +10 artist.
Returning as a Solo Artist to be able to give each and every one of my clients the best lash experience.
I strive to create custom lash sets best tailored to each clients face to enhance the natural beauty.

CLASSIC
The result is a natural and subtle enhancement of the lashes. It provides length and a slight increase in volume
Ideal for individuals who want to achieve a natural look and enhance their existing lashes without dramatic volume
HYBRID
Middle-ground look between natural and dramatic. They provide more volume than classic extensions but not as much as full-volume extensions.
Suitable for those who desire a look that's slightly bolder and more textured than classic but not as intense as volume lashes.
VOLUME
Full and dramatic appearance. They provide maximum volume, thickness, and a dense lash line.
Best suited for those who want a glamorous and bold lash look, or for clients with sparse natural lashes who desire a fuller appearance.

FAQs
How long will my lashes last?
Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks. Lash Retention can vary per client.
We naturally shed 3-5 lashes (per eye) a day.
Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When properly applied by skilled and trained lash artist and proper aftercare is taken, eyelash extensions should not cause damage to your natural lashes
What should I expect during my appointment?
Lash extension application can take 1.2-3hr and require eyes to be closed. So come ready to lay back relax.
You are more than welcome to bring your own head phones.
POLICIES
BY BOOKING WITH YCALUXLASH YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Any cancellations/rescheduling done less than 24HRS PRIOR to scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service cost.
ANY NO CALL NO SHOWS will be charged 100%
10 minute grace period, anything past will be canceled and fee will be charged.
FILLS
40% of lashes must be left to be considered a fill. Anything less will be considered and charged as a full set. You can always email or instagram DM us pictures of your lashes if you are ever uncertain.
Fills are to be between 2-3 WEEKS. Anything OVER the 3 week mark will be considered and charged as a new full set.
LAY BACK AND RELAX
Avoid any type of caffeine before your appointment as it can cause shaky eyelids making it difficult for your stylist to apply extensions.
No phone use during service as you will need to keep your eyes closed the entire time to avoid any discomfort or irritation.
REFUNDS
All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.
If client develops discomfort or an allergic reaction we will remove the lashes at no charge.
If you are dissatisfied with your lashes (this includes curl, length, style, thickness, etc.) Let us know before you leave the studio or within 72 hours of your appointment. YCA is not responsible for correcting any dissatisfaction after 72 hours.
